Roland Bobinger is a real estate Broker with over 20 years of experience.  He and his wife, Susan, are a committed team of professionals,
offering full personal service.  Because Roland is a member of the National, Texas and Local Board of Realtors, he is licensed to
handle intermediary agency contracts.    

You will be working directly with the Broker.  The fee for our intermediary service is as low as $250 dollars.  As an Intermediary Agent, Roland will be fair, honest, ethical and clear with contract information to all parties.
